Job Title: Turbine Site In-Charge / Turbine Erection Engineer

Location: Lara, Raigarh, Chhattisgarh

Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical Engineering

Industry: Thermal Power / EPC / Power Plant

:

- Responsible for day-to-day turbine erection and mechanical site execution.
- Supervise steam turbine, rotor, casing, bearings, auxiliaries and associated equipment erection.
- Handle turbine alignment, clearances, dimensional checking and inspection activities.
- Coordinate with NTPC, OEM, EPC contractor, QA/QC and Safety teams.
- Manage manpower, subcontractors, tools, tackles and equipment.
- Monitor daily progress and achieve project erection milestones.
- Prepare DPR, manpower reports and progress reports.
- Coordinate material requirements and resolve site execution issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety,



quality and approved method statements.
- Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
- Ensure timely closure of punch points, NCRs and inspection observations.

Required Skills: Steam Turbine Erection, Turbine Alignment, Thermal Power Plant, Mechanical Erection, Site Execution, QA/QC, Safety, Manpower Management, DPR, Client Coordination.

Preferred:

Candidates with experience in 500/600/660/800 MW thermal power projects will be preferred.
