Vacav is a travel platform. We work with hotels, resorts, homestays, villas and tour operators across India and South-East Asia, and we produce the photography and video that puts them in front of travellers.

We are looking for travel models to feature in our destination, property and experience shoots in Kerala, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Ladakh, Assam, Meghalaya and beyond. This is on-camera work for someone who genuinely enjoys travel, is comfortable in front of a camera all day, and treats a shoot as a professional job.

Key Responsibilities

- Feature in photo and video shoots at hotels, resorts, homestays, beaches, mountains, backwaters and heritage locations.
- Travel to shoot locations across India, typically on trips of two to six days.
- Work to a shot list with the photographer and videographer — both stills and short-form vertical video for Reels.
- Deliver natural, unposed travel performance: walking, exploring, arriving, dining, interacting with hosts and with the location.
- Deliver short spoken pieces to camera in English where the brief requires it.
- Handle multiple wardrobe changes across a shoot day — resort, outdoor, ethnic and beachwear depending on the campaign brief.
- Maintain grooming, fitness and appearance consistent with the agreed campaign look.
- Be punctual and take direction through early-morning golden-hour calls and long shoot days.
- Sign a standard usage and release agreement covering Vacav's marketing channels.

Who We're Looking For We are looking for people who are:





- Comfortable and natural in front of both a stills camera and a video camera.
- Fluent, confident English speakers — several shots involve speaking to camera.
- Willing and able to travel across India, including to remote locations, sometimes at short notice.
- Photogenic, well-groomed, physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold and rain.
- Reliable and skilled, and easy to work with on a small crew.
- Comfortable using a smartphone, WhatsApp and email for scheduling and coordination.

Prior modelling, acting, anchoring, pageant, theatre or influencer experience is a plus but is not required — we will work with the right person who has never shot professionally before. The ability to create your own content, and an existing social following, is a strong advantage.

Ideal Candidate

Someone who enjoys travelling, is at ease being photographed and filmed for hours at a stretch, takes direction well, and understands that the job is to make a property or a destination look inviting. You should be equally comfortable on a beach, in a heritage hotel lobby, and on a mountain trail at six in the morning.
