Role Description The Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for advising clients on travel options and creating customized itineraries for business and leisure trips. Day-to-day tasks include handling travel inquiries, providing consultancy on destinations and routes, and preparing detailed travel plans that align with client preferences and budgets.

The role involves managing bookings for flights, hotels, transportation, and other services, along with resolving issues and changes that may arise before or during travel.

The Travel

Consultant will coordinate with vendors, maintain accurate records of reservations, and ensure clients receive timely, clear communication throughout the travel process.



The position requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management, with the ability to advise clients and plan end-to-end itineraries.
- Experience handling Travel Arrangements, including coordinating flights, accommodations, transportation, and related services.
- Solid Customer Service capabilities, with a client-centric approach and effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing Reservations using booking tools or GDS platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmations.
- Relevant experience in corporate or leisure travel services, preferably in a travel agency or travel management company.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple requests simultaneously, and maintain high attention to detail.
- Comfort with using travel booking systems, CRM tools, and standard office software; willingness to learn new technologies.
- Diploma or degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
