Role Description The Travel Agency Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves coordinating and managing travel arrangements for business and guided tours, including itinerary planning, booking transportation and accommodations, and ensuring smooth end-to-end travel experiences for clients and partners.

The specialist will handle customer inquiries, provide timely support, and offer knowledgeable recommendations tailored to business travel needs and strategic engagements. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing vendor relationships,



maintaining accurate travel records, optimizing travel costs, and aligning travel plans with Akavin Prime Partners’ global business activities. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to support meetings, events, and international visits, while upholding high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years

- Experience in Travel Agency operations, including itinerary planning, bookings, and coordination.
- Knowledge of Guided Tours and group travel management, with the ability to design structured tour programs.
- Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem solving, and client satisfaction.
- Sales and negotiation abilities to optimize travel costs, secure advantageous terms, and support business objectives.
- Understanding of Business Travel requirements, including corporate policies, international travel norms, and visa processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and robust attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in a corporate or agency travel role; familiarity with travel booking tools and GDS is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
