Role & responsibilities

1. Develop and implement comprehensive transition plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
2. Lead end-to-end transition planning and execution for recent projects, services, or clients.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, HR, Finance, etc.) to ensure readiness and smooth handover.
4. Develop and maintain detailed transition plans, risk registers, and mitigation strategies.
5. Ensure knowledge transfer, training, and documentations are completed effectively

Monitor and report on transition progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders

Preferred candidate profile

1. Develop and maintain transition frameworks, playbooks, and templates.
2. Conduct due diligence, impact assessments, and readiness checks.
3.



Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness.
4. Manage stakeholder communications and governance forums.
5. Maintain risk registers and issue logs with timely escalations.
6. Drive knowledge transfer, documentation, and training initiatives

Educational Background and Work Experience

- Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8–12 years of experience in transition/project management and governance.
- Strong understanding of ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, or similar frameworks.
- Experience in managing complex transitions in a matrixed environ
