About the Role

We're hiring Transfer Pricing Associates for a consulting firm in Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone already working in Transfer Pricing who's looking for broader exposure across advisory, benchmarking, compliance, and litigation.

What You'll Be Exposed To

- Transfer pricing advisory across business restructuring, TP methodologies, cost allocation, and business model optimisation
- Preparation of Transfer Pricing reports and contemporaneous documentation
- Benchmarking studies using Indian and international databases
- Preparation and filing of Form 3CEB for cross-border transactions
- Assistance in Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) assignments, including client and authority coordination
- Drafting submissions, appeals, and responses for tax authorities




- Supporting TP litigation and representation before appellate authorities
- TP compliance and advisory related to BEPS
- Research and analysis of technical TP issues from an advisory and litigation perspective
- Managing client deliverables, timelines, and project requirements

Requirements

- 3+ years of relevant Transfer Pricing experience
- Graduate / CA Inter
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Valuable understanding of Indian Transfer Pricing regulations
- Ability to work across advisory, compliance, and documentation assignments
- Strong communication and client-management skills

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
