Role & responsibilities

- Prepare, review and validate trade confirmations for OTC financial products, including FX, Money Market, Equity Derivatives, Credit Derivatives and Interest Rate Derivatives.
- Perform final verification of trade economics by comparing booking system details with confirmations, term sheets and pricing supplements.
- Ensure accurate trade booking, trade matching, trade validation and confirmation processing within defined SLAs and regulatory timelines.
- Review and resolve trade breaks, booking discrepancies, settlement exceptions and documentation issues.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Trade Processing, Legal, Compliance, Operations, brokers, custodians and counterparties to resolve trade discrepancies and outstanding confirmations.
- Support documentation related to trade amendments, novations, early terminations and other lifecycle events.
- Ensure confirmations are appropriately dispatched, suppressed, amended and maintained in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all relevant client/counterparty correspondence and documentation are indexed for future reference.
