Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Visa Consultant with a strong background in visa processing, visa counselling, and immigration documentation . The ideal candidate will handle tourist, business, and other visa categories while ensuring accurate documentation, timely processing, and excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle visa processing for tourist, business, and other visa categories .
- Provide accurate visa counselling and documentation guidance to clients.
- Prepare case-specific covering letters and supporting documents.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa checklists, procedures, and immigration regulations .
- Coordinate with clients, embassies, consulates, and relevant authorities .
- Ensure applications are complete, accurate, and presented professionally.
- Track applications, maintain records, and follow up on pending cases.
- Provide clients with timely updates and professional customer service .
- Coordinate with the travel, ticketing,



and operations teams to meet client requirements.

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in visa processing or immigration consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of visa filing procedures, documentation, and immigration requirements .
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
- Proficiency in English ; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Strong client-handling and counselling skills .
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills .
- Ability to manage multiple visa cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; relevant visa/immigration certifications are an advantage.

Candidate Preference
- Candidates should be currently based in Hyderabad or nearby areas of Telangana / Andhra Pradesh and able to commute conveniently to Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad .
- Candidates willing to work full-time from the office will be preferred.
