Job Summary

Provide 24x7 Tier 1 production support for critical integration, messaging, event-driven, and microservices applications.

Responsibilities

- Independently troubleshoot and resolve production incidents using logs, monitoring tools, dashboards, and platform knowledge.

- Support incident management through iTrack, PagerDuty, and automated alerts, ensuring timely resolution and closure.

- Monitor application health and proactively identify issues using Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana.

- Troubleshoot Kubernetes/AKS environments, including pod diagnostics, restarts, health checks, and application issues.

- Support Confluent Kafka and Azure Event Hub, including consumer lag, topic health, and message flow troubleshooting.

- Use SQL and PostgreSQL for data validation, investigation, and production issue analysis.

- Analyze Java, Spring Boot,



React, and Linux/Unix logs and perform basic troubleshooting using command-line tools and Python scripting.

- Maintain SOPs, runbooks, troubleshooting guides, RCA documentation, and operational metrics such as MTTR and ticket trends.

- Coordinate with clients and Tier 2 teams when required while providing explicit incident updates and working effectively in rotational 24x7 shifts.
