Job Position: ServiceNow Telecom Service Management (TSM) Architect

Work Location: Greater Noida / Pune / Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

n

n

• Define end-to-end architecture for ServiceNow TSM/TSOM implementations.

n

• Lead discovery workshops, requirement analysis, solution blueprinting, and architecture design.

n

• Design solutions for Service Order Management, Service Fulfillment, Service Assurance, Service Inventory,

n

Resource Inventory, and Network Service Lifecycle.

n

• Design telecom-specific solutions for Fiber, Mobile, Enterprise Connectivity, SD-WAN and Broadband services.

n

• Define integrations with OSS, BSS, CRM, ERP, Inventory, Activation, Monitoring and Network Management Systems.

n

• Architect REST/SOAP, API-led, middleware and event-based integrations.

n

• Establish ServiceNow architecture standards, governance, reusable design patterns, and platform roadmap.

n





• Conduct architecture reviews, solution assessments, and provide technical guidance to development teams.

n

• Work with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, product owners and telecom operations teams.

n

• Support RFP/RFI, solution estimation and technical proposals.

n

• Mentor senior developers and technical leads.

n
