About the Role
n

We're looking for interns to join our field sales team in Bengaluru. This is a field-based role: you'll accompany and then independently meet doctors at their clinics, introduce them to Even Hospitals, and help grow Even's doctor network. It's the best possible crash course in healthcare sales — real conversations, real targets,
real outcomes — with a path to a full-time role for strong performers.

What You'll Do

- Visit doctors' clinics across Bengaluru with the field sales team, and progressively own your own set of visits.
n
- Assist in pitching Even Hospitals and onboarding doctors onto the Even ecosystem.
n
- Keep visit records and follow-ups updated in the CRM.
n
- Support the team on on-ground activities, events, and doctor engagement programs.

What You'll Need

- A fresher (recent graduate or final-year student) hungry to build a career in sales / healthcare.
n
- Comfort with a field-first role and daily travel within Bengaluru.
n
- Robust communication skills; fluency in Kannada and English (Hindi is a plus).
n
- A two-wheeler is preferred.
