Senior Skilled Services Engineer | Accops Systems

We are looking for a Senior Professional Services Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in infrastructure, networking, Windows/Linux environments, virtualization, security technologies, and customer-facing solution implementation.

Technical Skills – Mandatory

n

n

n
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server & Client Operating Systems
n
- Hands-on experience in Network/System Administration
n
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), User Profiling & Remote Desktop Services (RDS)
n
- Good understanding of Linux OS and fundamentals
n
- Strong networking knowledge with experience in troubleshooting and monitoring tools such as Wireshark, Process Monitor, Nmap, DebugView , etc.
n
- Experience in Infrastructure Design
n
- Hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
n
- VDI / Desktop Virtualization
n
- Application Virtualization
n
- Load Balancing
n
- VPN, Proxy & Firewalls
n
- Secure Gateway technologies
n
- VPN / MFA / IAM / ZTNA
n

n

Good to Have

n

- Cloud management experience
n
- Experience working with an OEM/Product company in Support, Implementation, or Pre-Sales
n
- Scripting knowledge in Bash/Shell and PowerShell
n
- Knowledge of Accops / Citrix / VMware products
n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Coordinate with customers to design,



deploy and roll out Accops solution suites as per the agreed Statement of Work (SoW)
n
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
n
- Drive effective 360-degree communication throughout project execution
n
- Manage and coordinate SoW changes with customers and Product Engineering teams
n
- Drive projects from implementation through rollout and completion , ensuring project objectives and success criteria are achieved
n
- Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously
n
- Plan project execution, track progress and ensure timely reporting and delivery
n
- Collaborate with and mentor the implementation team by sharing technical knowledge and best practices
n
- Work closely with the Product Management team to suggest product improvements, new features and enhancements
n
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required
n
