We are looking for experienced Software Test Analysts (STA) with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Customer Service Workspace (CSW) .

n

Client: Infosys

n

Experience: 5+ Years

n

Location: PAN India

n

Notice period: Immediate / 15 Days

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n

n
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for Microsoft Dynamics CRM / CSW applications
n
- Design, develop, and execute test cases based on business requirements
n
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders for requirement understanding and validation
n
- Track and manage defects using Azure DevOps
n
- Participate in test planning, test estimation, and reporting
n
- Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed throughout the testing lifecycle
n

Required Skills

n

n

n




- 5+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA
n
- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / CSW testing
n
- Experience with Azure DevOps (test case management, defect tracking)
n
- Exposure to Assistance and/or Insurance domain
n
- Good understanding of SDLC/STLC processes
n
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
n
