nAbout the Role
nAnoud Technologies is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager with robust Oracle Database and PL/SQL expertise to act as the bridge between customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams. The ideal candidate will combine deep database technical knowledge with customer relationship management skills to ensure successful delivery, support, and adoption of our technology solutions.

nThis role requires hands-on expertise in Oracle Database architecture, advanced PL/SQL development, performance tuning, and the ability to manage customer expectations while driving technical issue resolution and service excellence.
n

nKey Responsibilities
n

nServe as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customer accounts
n

nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customer business and technical stakeholders
n





nUnderstand customer business requirements and translate them into Oracle Database-based technical solutions
n

nDrive incident resolution, root cause analysis, and problem management on Oracle Database environments
n

nAnalyze database performance, query execution plans, and data-related issues using advanced PL/SQL skills
n

nCoordinate with Product, Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Support teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution
n

nLead customer review meetings, service governance discussions, and technical workshops
n

nMonitor Oracle database performance and identify tuning, indexing, and optimization opportunities
n

nManage customer escalations and ensure adherence to agreed service levels
n

nSupport Oracle Database upgrades, patching, migrations, backups, and production releases
n

nProvide technical guidance and best practices on Oracle Database architecture and utilization
