Job Description Securden ( builds Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Security solutions used by enterprises worldwide. We're hiring a Presales Engineer to work at the front line of our sales cycle — helping prospects and customers understand, evaluate, and successfully deploy Securden across complex enterprise environments.
N nThis is a technical, customer-facing role. You'll be the person prospects trust to answer the hard questions, run the demo that closes the deal, and make sure implementation goes smoothly once they're on board.
N n We typically find the best fit for this role in PAM/PIM implementation engineers or PAM specialists looking to move into a more customer-facing, solutions-oriented career — rather than candidates with a pure presales/sales-engineering background but no hands-on PAM depth.
N What You'll Do n

- Understand prospect and customer environments, use cases, and security requirements N
- Deliver technical product demos and presentations during the sales cycle N
- Design and propose solutions tailored to customer environments (POCs,



technical evaluations, RFP responses) N
- Support customers through implementation, configuration, and deployment post-sale N
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide hands-on assistance during evaluation and onboarding N
- Act as the technical bridge between prospects/customers and our product & engineering teams N

n What We're Looking For N
- n
- 2–6 years of hands-on experience implementing, deploying, or supporting PIM/PAM and/or IAM solutions — this is the core requirement;
we're looking for people who've been in the trenches with these products, not adjacent IT/security generalists N
- Robust written and verbal communication — you'll represent Securden technically over email, phone, and web meetings N
- Comfort presenting to and persuading technical and business stakeholders N
- Comfort working global shifts — our customer base is B2B and worldwide N
