nAnoud Technologies is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to act as the bridge between customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams. The ideal candidate will combine robust technical expertise with customer relationship management skills to ensure successful delivery, support, and adoption of insurance technology solutions.
nThis role requires deep expertise in the Insurance domain, strong SQL capabilities, and the ability to manage customer expectations while driving technical issue resolution and service excellence. Knowledge of Java is a strong advantage.

nKey Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customer accountsn
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer business and technical stakeholdersn
- Understand customer business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and recommendationsn




- Drive incident resolution, root cause analysis, and problem management activitiesn
- Analyze application and database-related issues using advanced SQL skillsn
- Coordinate with Product, Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Support teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolutionn
- Lead customer review meetings, service governance discussions, and technical workshopsn
- Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancementn
- Manage customer escalations and ensure adherence to agreed service levelsn
- Support product implementations, upgrades, integrations, and production releasesn
- Provide technical guidance and best practices to customers for effective utilization of Anoud solutionsn
