Role Description The Textile Engineer will work on-site in Indore in a full time capacity, supporting the development, optimization, and quality assurance of textile products and processes. Daily responsibilities include overseeing manufacturing processes, monitoring production parameters, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The role involves collaborating with production teams to resolve technical issues, improving process efficiency, and reducing waste.

The Textile

Engineer will participate in research and development activities, testing new materials and technologies, and documenting technical findings and recommendations.



The position also requires clear communication with cross-functional stakeholders, preparation of technical reports, and support for continuous improvement initiatives within the textile operations.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in the Textile Industry and Textiles, with practical understanding of fibers, fabrics, and textile properties.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes related to textiles, including process control, quality standards, and equipment operation.
- Experience or interest in Research and Development (R&D;) for textiles, such as product innovation, material testing, and process improvement.
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with production teams, suppliers, and management, and for preparing technical documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related engineering discipline.
- Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot process issues, and implement practical solutions in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with quality management systems, safety practices, and industry standards relevant to textile production.
- Proficiency with basic computer tools and, ideally, exposure to engineering or manufacturing software used in textile operations.
