Required Qualifications

Experience

- 5+ years of experience in test management, test coordination, quality assurance or digital implementation testing.
- Experience from large-scale transformation, ERP, MES, manufacturing, logistics or industrial digitalization initiatives.
- Experience coordinating business users, key users, process owners and technical teams during test preparation and execution.
- Strong experience with defect management, test reporting, release readiness and issue escalation.
- Experience working in complex programs with multiple workstreams, dependencies and senior stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

- Experience from global manufacturing or supply chain organizations.
- Experience with MTM, MES, ERP, logistics, order-to-delivery, or manufacturing execution processes.
- Experience with user acceptance testing, end-to-end process testing, integration testing and regression testing.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, test management tools, Power BI and Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms.
- Experience working with site implementation teams and global template/development teams.
