Hiring: Senior Test Manager – Energy Sector

Experience: 12+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Manager with 12+ years of experience in both Manual and Automation Testing, Software Quality Engineering, and Test Management.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in leading QA teams, defining test strategies, managing end-to-end testing, and driving both manual and automation testing initiatives. Energy Sector experience is highly preferred and will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Manual & Automation Testing activities.

Define test strategies, test plans, processes, and quality standards.

Lead and mentor QA & Automation teams.

Manage functional, regression, API, mobile, integration, and performance testing.

Drive automation initiatives using tools such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, etc.

Manage defects, risks, RCA,



and continuous quality improvement.

Collaborate with Development, Product, and Business teams.

Ensure timely and high-quality test delivery.

Work within Agile/Scrum environments.

Required Skills

12+ years of QA / Software Testing experience

Solid hands-on experience in both Manual & Automation Testing

Proven Test Management & Team Leadership experience

Experience with Cypress / Playwright / Selenium or similar tools

Strong knowledge of SDLC & Agile methodologies

Good knowledge of Java, JavaScript, SQL, and testing frameworks

Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills

UK Shift experience is mandatory

- Energy Sector experience is highly preferred
