Roles and Responsibilities:
- Testing Methodologies: Deep expertise in STLC and SDLC.
- Production Bug Management: Should have a good knowledge of the various types of
tickets, such as feature requests, bugs, and the key states of the bug and its lifecycle.
- Quality Auditing: Experience performing technical audits of bug inflows and
knowledge bases to maintain high accuracy standards.
- Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools like Jira and T3
for tracking.
- Quick Learner: Should be a quick learner and have an exploratory mindset.
- Exploratory Testing: Should know how to break the application and conduct
exploratory testing.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Office/Google Suite
(Excel/Docs/Spreadsheets/Slides).
