Role & responsibilities

Position : Test Engineer

Location : Hyderabad

5 days a week Work from Office (WFO mandatory)

QA Payments

Overall 10 years of experience as a QA manual and automation

Minimum 5 years of experience in Automation Testing

Testing Experience with good understanding of Software Test Lifecycle including Test Strategy Test Planning Test Case Design Test Data Setup Defect Management and Test Log Test results Test Traceability Matrix and Test Metrics Screening and validation of application through database and system logs

Good Experience with Automation tools like Selenium TestNG or any other functional Automation tool

Hands on experience in coding Automation framework using programming language like C or Java

Knowledge of SQL and scripting

Good knowledge of AI tools like Copilot and experience in using it to expedite automation

Prior experience in working with Banking and finance domain

Prio experience in working in payments domain would be an advantage

Perform QA activities for manual as well as automation testing execute maintain enhance the existing new automation test suite

Experience in creating Test casestest scripts and execution of Test scripts





Working experience in working on CICD DevOps Jenkins or TeamCity

Experience with Agile development Adhere to agile principle of software development

Should be able to work in a scrum team as an individual contributor and manage the execution of small testing projectsPBIs

Strong knowledge of Software QA methodologies tools and processes

Conduct peer reviews of test conditionstest casestest data requirement by testers and follow up to close the review comments

Experiences in Test management software Good to have knowledge on VSTS or TFS

Require minimal supervision is a fast learner and a team player

Hands on experience on black box testing

Creative thinking and good problemsolving skills

Applying innovative concepts in testing to enhance the test coverage improve quality and reliability
