Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of technicians to ensure timely delivery of services to customers.

- Develop and implement effective strategies for customer retention and satisfaction.

- Oversee daily operations of the service department, including scheduling appointments and managing inventory.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements :

- 3-8 years' experience in dealership management or related field.

- Knowledge of Telugu language (spoken).

- Proven track record in customer service excellence with high levels of customer satisfaction.
