Minimum 3 years of proven Team Handling experience in Sales / Field Sales / Distribution / BFSI / FASTag / GPS or related industries.
? What You’ll Be Responsible For
Lead, manage and motivate a field sales team
Build and expand the team across the assigned territory
Drive business growth for Commercial FASTag & GPS
Own territory performance and achieve business targets
Ensure strong field execution and team productivity
Develop relationships across the local commercial ecosystem
Candidates should be comfortable with frequent travel
Strong understanding of the local territory and market dynamics is essential
