We are hiring an experienced Tendering Engineer for reputed EPC Company

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare technical and commercial tenders for substation projects.
- Study and analyze RFQs, tender documents, specifications, BOQ and client requirements.
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQ, material take-off and pricing for AIS/GIS substations.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Projects and Commercial teams for tender preparation.
- Prepare technical compliance statements, deviations and clarifications.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from vendors/subcontractors.
- Prepare price comparison statements and finalize competitive rates.
- Support preparation of technical and commercial proposals within tender deadlines.
- Analyze project scope, specifications, drawings and contractual requirements.




- Participate in pre-bid meetings and client/vendor discussions.
- Maintain tender documentation and ensure compliance with client specifications and applicable standards

Requirements

- 5–10 Years in Tendering / Estimation for Substation Projects
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- - AIS / GIS Substation Projects
- 33kV / 66kV / 132kV / 220kV / 400kV substations
- EPC / Power Transmission projects

- BOQ, costing and material estimation
- Technical & commercial bid preparation
