Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Tender Coordination & Support Executive to manage tender-related activities, documentation, e-tender portal submissions, internal coordination, and follow-up of tender status.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and monitor relevant tender opportunities.
- Review tender documents and identify eligibility and submission requirements.
- Prepare and compile tender documents accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect technical, commercial, financial, and other required information.
- Ensure all tender documents comply with tender requirements.
- Manage and complete submissions through various e-tender portals.
- Track tender deadlines, submission status, and bid progress.
- Maintain proper records of submitted tenders and related documents.
- Follow up on tender status, clarifications, and results.
- Coordinate with management and concerned departments for timely submission.




- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of tender-related information.

Candidate Profile
- Any Degree

- Should be organized, responsible, and capable of working within strict deadlines.
