Position: Telugu Transcription Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $10 - $24/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

- Transcribe audio, video, and text content from Telugu to written format with exceptional accuracy.
- Annotate, segment, and label audio data using established guidelines for AI model development.
- Review and edit existing Telugu transcriptions for clarity, consistency, and correctness.
- Provide cultural and contextual insights to enhance linguistic authenticity of data sets.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders through effective written and verbal communication.
- Identify and report language nuances, challenges, or ambiguities during transcription tasks.

Requirements





- Native or near-native proficiency in Telugu with excellent command of written and spoken language.
- Demonstrated experience in transcription, annotation, or linguistic data processing.
- Solid attention to detail with proven skills in proofreading and editing Telugu content.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms.
- Familiarity with linguistic annotation tools or transcription platforms is an advantage.
