Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to connect with potential and existing customers, generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and support the sales team in achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be capable of making a minimum of 100 calls per day while maintaining quality customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls daily to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Explain company products and services to customers effectively.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer support.
- Prepare daily call reports and submit performance updates to management.





Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and work under target-based environments.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM software.
- Fluent in Hindi and basic English communication.

- Minimum 100 calls per day.
- Lead generation targets as assigned.
- Appointment conversion ratio.
- Customer engagement and follow-up rate.
- Accuracy of customer data and reporting.
