Working Hours:- 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Weekly Off ( Sunday )

Position: Customer Care Executive / Telecaller
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and inquiries professionally
Explain company herbal products to customers
Resolve customer queries and provide support
Maintain customer records and follow-ups
Coordinate with the sales team when required
Build positive customer relationships
Requirements
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and customer-friendly behavior
