Job Title: Telesales Executive (Telecom)

Job Summary

We are looking for motivated Telesales Executives to promote and sell telecom products and services through outbound calls. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers.

Promote telecom products, plans, and services. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Handle customer objections professionally. Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales systems. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of customers.

Requirements

2–3 years of telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales experience. Excellent English communication skills. Experience in telecom, ISP, banking, insurance,



or similar sales environments is preferred. Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tools.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Reliable internet connection and a skilled work-from-home setup.

Preferred Previous telecom sales experience.

Experience selling to UAE/GCC customers. Arabic-speaking candidates are an added advantage.

Compensation Salary based on experience and communication skills.

Performance-based incentives applicable.

Working Hours UAE business hours. 5.5 or 6-day work week (as per client requirement).
