We are hiring a motivated Telesales Executive to join our team in Jaipur.

The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products and services, following up with leads, and converting interested prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle incoming sales enquiries
- Explain products and services clearly to customers
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp
- Maintain daily call and lead follow-up records
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
- Build good relationships with customers
- Coordinate with the sales and support teams when required

Requirements:

- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred




- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge
- Sales or telecalling experience is preferred, but freshers can also apply
- Target-oriented and positive attitude
- Ability to handle follow-ups and customer objections
