Convert leads into successful sales and achieve assigned monthly targets. Follow up with customers through calls and maintain regular communication. Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales. Coordinate with the concerned team for order processing and customer requirements.
Ensure a positive customer experience and build long-term customer relationships.

RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi ; basic English is an advantage. Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented personality. Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls. Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office. Ability to work with sales targets and incentives. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
