:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce software products and services.

- Generate new leads through telephonic conversations and follow up on assigned leads.

- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant software solutions.

- Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team.

- Follow up consistently with prospects and convert leads into sales opportunities.

- Maintain regular communication with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about products, pricing, and services.

- Maintain and update lead details, call records, and follow-up activities in the CRM.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

- Coordinate with BDE/BDM and other teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.





- Build positive relationships with prospects and maintain a professional approach throughout the sales process.

Required Skills:

- 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales / Software Sales / IT Sales.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Solid convincing and negotiation abilities.

- Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.

- Ability to handle objections and confidently communicate with customers.

- Fluency in English and Tamil would be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
