We are looking for an experienced Telephone Operator to manage incoming and outgoing calls and provide qualified assistance to callers.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously.
- Direct calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Take and relay accurate messages with relevant contact details.
- Maintain and update the company telephone directory.
- Provide general information about the company and its services.
- Handle caller inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department when required.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing calls.
- Follow company communication procedures and protocols.
- Respond appropriately to urgent or emergency calls according to company procedures.

Requirements

- Any Degree.




- 2–5 years of relevant experience in telephone operations, reception, customer service, or a similar role.
- Good verbal communication and listening skills.
- Professional and courteous approach to callers.
- Good attention to detail and message-taking ability.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks efficiently.

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month, negotiable based on experience Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
