Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead with a strong background in IP Telephony to join our dynamic team in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading technical projects, designing and implementing IP telephony solutions, and providing expert guidance to junior team members. This role requires a deep understanding of telecommunication systems and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of IP telephony systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members on IP telephony best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Conduct system performance analysis and optimization to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in IP telephony and recommend improvements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes.




- Provide support for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to IP telephony.

Mandatory Skills:

- Robust expertise in IP Telephony technologies and protocols (SIP, H.323, etc.).
- Experience with VoIP systems and related hardware (IP PBX, gateways, etc.).
- Proficient in network design and troubleshooting, including QoS and bandwidth management.
- Hands-on experience with telephony applications and integrations.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and make decisions based on best practices.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with cloud-based telephony solutions.
- Familiarity with network security principles and practices.
- Knowledge of related technologies such as Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC).
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Cisco, Avaya, etc.) are a plus.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in IP telephony or related technical roles.
- Proven experience in leading technical projects and teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
