- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.

- Generate new leads through telecalling and follow up on assigned leads.

- Explain products, services, offers and promotions to customers.

- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.

- Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into business opportunities.

- Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers.

- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.

- Update customer details, call records and follow-up status in CRM/system.

- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.

- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly call and lead reports.

- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.

- Coordinate with the Aftersales/operations team for effective lead closure.

- Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting manager.
