Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecollection Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting customers with outstanding debts, negotiating amicable payment solutions, and ensuring timely recovery of funds while maintaining positive customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a robust commitment to compliance and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Initiate outbound calls to customers to discuss overdue accounts and secure payments.

- Negotiate payment arrangements, settlements, and payment plans tailored to customer financial situations while adhering to company guidelines.

- Educate customers on their account status, payment options, and consequences of non-payment.

- Accurately document all communication, payment arrangements, and customer interactions in the collection system.





- Follow up on payment promises and monitor accounts to ensure adherence to agreed-upon terms.

- Identify and resolve customer disputes, discrepancies, and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.

- Adhere strictly to all relevant debt collection laws, regulations (e.g., FDCPA, TCPA), and company policies.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service or legal, to resolve complex cases or escalate issues when necessary.

- Achieve individual and team collection targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.

- Provide exceptional customer service while navigating challenging conversations and maintaining a positive brand image.
