Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound and inbound calls to customers. Handle customer queries and provide required information. Follow up with customers for payments / services as per process. Maintain accurate call records and update system data. Achieve daily calling and performance targets. Ensure skilled and polite communication with customers. Adhere to company compliance and calling guidelines.

Eligibility CriteriaQualification: PUC / Graduate Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply. Good communication skills in required regional language. Basic computer knowledge required. DRA Certified candidates preferred (for higher salary slab).

Candidates with collections / sales / customer support experience will be an added advantage.
