We are looking for a confident, articulate, and experienced Telecaller / Telecalling Executive with 23+ years of experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, lead generation, or business development.

The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken English, strong communication skills, and the ability to confidently communicate with prospects.

Role & responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
- Explain products, services, pricing, and offers clearly to prospects.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp when required.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling, follow-up,



and conversion targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and customers.
- Handle objections professionally and move conversations toward conversion.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth customer onboarding.

Required Skills

- Excellent spoken English and communication skills are mandatory.
- 2–3+ years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, customer support, or lead generation.
- Confident and professional personality.
- Good listening and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to handle customer objections.
- Comfortable working with calling software, CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, and WhatsApp.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
