Role & responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers.

- Receive inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.

- Explain products, services, or offers clearly and professionally.

- Generate and qualify sales leads.

- Convince potential customers to purchase products or schedule appointments.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or database.

- Follow up with customers regarding previous conversations or pending issues.

- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

- Update customer information and call outcomes regularly.

- Follow company policies, scripts, and communication standards.

- Coordinate with the sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Stay updated on product knowledge and company offerings.





Preferred candidate profile

- Any graduate or undergraduate with good communication skills.

- Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling or sales experience is an added advantage.

- Good verbal communication in Tamil and English.

- Telugu/Hindi speaking candidates will be an added advantage.

- Confident, friendly, and positive attitude.

- Good convincing and negotiation skills.

- Willingness to make outbound calls and follow up with customers.

- Ability to achieve daily and monthly targets.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.

- Solid customer-handling and interpersonal skills.

- Should be self-motivated, punctual, and willing to learn.

- Candidates with real estate sales/telecalling experience will be preferred.
