Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate travel enquiries, follow up with leads, and support the sales team in converting enquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries professionally.

- Understand customer travel requirements, budget, destination, and preferred travel dates.

- Generate and qualify leads for domestic and international travel packages.

- Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.

- Share basic package information and coordinate with the sales team for detailed quotations.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and lead status.

- Follow up consistently with interested customers to improve conversion.

- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams regarding customer requirements.

- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

- Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with customers.

- Collect customer feedback and update the concerned team.

- Stay updated about the company's travel packages, destinations, and offers.





Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confident and pleasant telephone manner.

- Positive Malayalam and English communication skills.

- Hindi or other languages will be an added advantage.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.

- Good follow-up and convincing skills.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Ability to work with daily and monthly targets.

- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or the travel industry is an advantage.

Qualification

- Plus Two / Diploma / Bachelor's degree.

- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

- Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, travel, or customer service are preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of calls made and enquiries handled.

- Qualified leads generated.

- Follow-up completion rate.

- Lead-to-enquiry / booking conversion.

- Customer response and engagement.

- Achievement of monthly targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
