– Telecaller Position: Telecaller – Admissions & Sales Location: Kolkata Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 1–2 years Industry: Education / EdTech About the RoleWe are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telecaller to handle student enquiries, generate interest in our courses, and convert prospective students into admissions. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads. Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate information about courses, batches, fees and admission processes.

Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses. Follow up consistently with interested and undecided leads. Handle basic objections related to fees, course structure, timing and competition.

Maintain proper call records, lead status and follow-up activities in the CRM. Work towards daily, weekly and monthly calling and admission targets . Coordinate with the admissions/counselling team to ensure smooth conversion and enrolment.





Maintain qualified communication with students and parents. RequirementsGood communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali . Confident, persuasive and comfortable speaking over the phone. Sales-oriented mindset with a strong focus on targets and conversions.

Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent follow-ups. Basic computer and CRM knowledge. Prior experience in telecalling, sales, education counselling or customer handling will be an advantage.
