SEOLions is looking for confident and enthusiastic Telecallers to join our sales and marketing team in Coimbatore.

The role involves contacting potential customers, introducing our web design, software, mobile application, SEO and digital marketing services, understanding their requirements and generating qualified leads for our sales team.

Freshers with good communication skills and experienced candidates with telecalling or sales experience are welcome to apply.

02 - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES What youll be doing

- 01 Make outbound calls to prospective customers and businesses.

- 02 Introduce SEOLions and explain our products and services clearly.

- 03 Promote website design, e-commerce, software, mobile app, SEO and digital marketing services.

- 04 Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.

- 05 Generate qualified leads and arrange appointments for the sales team.

- 06 Follow up with existing enquiries and prospective customers.

- 07 Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups and lead status.

- 08 Send relevant company information, service details and proposals through WhatsApp/email when required.

- 09 Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead conversion.

- 10 Achieve daily calling, follow-up and lead-generation targets.

- 11 Prepare daily/weekly activity reports.

- 12 Maintain professional communication with prospects and customers.

03 - SKILLS &

QUALIFICATIONS What were looking for

- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Clear and confident telephone communication.
- Good listening and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to explain services in a simple and convincing manner.
- Good follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp, email and MS Office.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
