Telecaller – Lead Generation & Customer Coordination

Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecaller to generate business leads, connect with prospective customers, follow up on enquiries, schedule appointments for the sales team, and maintain customer records. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills with a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce products/services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing enquiries and maintain the lead pipeline.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain customer information in CRM/Excel.
- Update daily call reports, lead status, and follow-up schedules.
- Coordinate appointments between customers and sales engineers.




- Support sales and marketing teams in lead nurturing and customer engagement activities.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; BBA/Marketing preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, inside sales, or lead generation.
- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office & Tally.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
