Infoniks is a reputed professionally managed Pvt ltd, Security and Surveillance Systems integrator based in Kochi . We are looking for young and energetic candidates with 1-2 years experience in tellecalling for payment collections from Corporate Clients

Roles and Responsibilities:-

1. Responsible for handling payment follow up from banking customers over the phone.
2. Update the collection list on a daily basis.

Desired Candidate Profile:-
1. Excellent communication skills
2. Work experience as Customer Care, Tele caller, Telemarketer, collection or recovery agent, tele sales or a similar role.
3. Customer service orientation & Learning & communication skills.
4. Basic Computer skills in Word and Excel is required

5. Tally knowledge
