Roles and Responsibilities:

n

- Lead end-to-end program delivery for AI and analytics initiatives across audit teams.
n
- Coordinate rollout readiness across product, engineering, change, training, and business stakeholders.
n
- Drive adoption planning, user onboarding, feedback loops, and issue resolution for current solutions.
n
- Track delivery milestones, adoption KPIs, and program risks, escalating blockers as needed.
n
- Support pilots, proof-of-concepts, and post-implementation reviews to improve solution uptake and business value.
n

Skills Required:

n

n
- 10 - 14 years of relevant experience in technology delivery,



program management, or change management.
n
- Strong background in technical program management, delivery management, and report delivery.
n
- Experience with agentic workflows, agentic AI, and AI/ML delivery in enterprise environments.
n
- Ability to manage cross-functional execution across complex programs with measurable adoption outcomes.
n
- Working knowledge of software development lifecycle, agile delivery, and structured change management approaches.
n

Good to Have:

- Experience with AI agents and broader AI adoption programs.

Education: Any Graduation or Any Post Graduation.
