Role Objective:

Own cross-functional growth and operations problems end-to-end.

This role is for a self-starter who can independently diagnose issues, run execution, and deliver measurable KPI improvement.

Core Outcomes (First 6 Months):

- Run structured experiments, derive insights and execute actionables
n
- Reduce execution delays by improving handoffs across Sales, Ops, Product, and Finance.
n

n

Responsibilities:

n

n
- Identify top bottlenecks in growth and operations using data and stakeholder input.
n
- Build and maintain dashboards/trackers for program visibility and decision-making.
n
- Use advanced AI tools for analysis, planning, documentation, and workflow acceleration.
n

n

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

n

n
- 1+ years of experience in program management, business operations, growth operations,



or equivalent execution-heavy roles.
n
- Proof of independently owning at least one ambiguous project end-to-end with measurable impact.
n
- Skills: Advanced AI tools, Excel Data Analysis
n
- Continuous Learner

Valuable to Have:

n
- SQL or BI tool familiarity.
n
- Experience in energy, climate, marketplace, or consumer operations.
n
- Exposure to process automation or no-code workflow tooling.
n

n

- You have only coordination experience, with no measurable business outcomes.

- You are not comfortable working with ambiguous problem statements.
