- Backend Skills:
- Strong Spring Boot and Microservices development
- Solid troubleshooting, debugging, and testing experience

- Frontend Skills:

- Hands-on experience on developing React or Angular.
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript

- AI Copilot Skills:

- Ability to leverage AI Copilot tools for productivity, code assistance, and accelerating development workflows

- Other Requirements:

- Familiarity with GitHub, branching strategies, and build processes
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with users, business stakeholders, and technical teams
- Good to have: Experience in the hospitality domain

Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain backend services using Spring Boot and Microservices, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
2. Contribute to UI development with frameworks like React or Angular.
3. Leverage AI Copilot tools to accelerate coding,



improve productivity, and enhance solution quality.
4. Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, users, and technical teams to deliver enhancements, bug fixes, and end-to-end solutions independently.
5. Ensure code quality and process adherence by following GitHub workflows, branching strategies, CI/CD practices, and conducting thorough testing and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
- 8–12 years of skilled experience in Java backend development (Spring Boot, Microservices).
- Working knowledge of UI technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Familiarity with AI Copilot tools for code assistance and productivity.
- Strong understanding of GitHub workflows, branching strategies, and build processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Good to have: Experience in the hospitality domain.
