Description
We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join a collaborative product engineering team focused on delivering scalable digital solutions. You will contribute across the technology stack, including frontend, backend APIs, and cloud-native services, while following engineering best practices such as test-driven development, pair programming, CI/CD, and continuous improvement.This role offers the opportunity to work with Java, Spring Boot, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and modern AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software delivery while maintaining high standards of quality, security, and reliability.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Software Engineering & Delivery

- Design, develop, test, and maintain features across web applications and backend services.
- Build scalable, secure, and reliable applications that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and engineers to deliver business value.
- Participate in technical design discussions and proof-of-concept initiatives.
- Develop automated unit, integration, and regression tests.
- Monitor application performance and implement observability solutions.
- Support production systems and participate in rotational support activities as required.

AI-Assisted Engineering
- Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity across coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and code review activities.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs and ensure compliance with quality, security, and coding standards.
- Contribute to experimentation with AI/LLM-powered solutions, internal tools,



and workflow enhancements.
- Share emerging practices related to AI-assisted software development within the team.

Agile & Collaboration
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement activities.
- Engage in pair programming, code reviews, and cooperative problem-solving.
- Contribute to DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and secure software development practices.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MCA, or related discipline.
- 2-5 years of software development experience with exposure to both backend and frontend technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or another major cloud platform.
- Knowledge of software testing practices including unit and integration testing.
- Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with code quality and application security tools.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and willingness to adopt emerging engineering technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience integrating AI/LLM services into applications.
- Experience with Vertex AI, Gemini, or other AI platforms.
- Exposure to MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar integration frameworks.
- Experience with mobile application development (Swift or Kotlin).
- Experience mentoring engineers or supporting AI-assisted development practices.
- Experience creating reusable prompts, workflows, or team productivity standards.
