Role: Manual Tester (Banking/Bancassurance Domain)

Mandatory Skills:

Strong experience in Manual Testing
Good understanding of Bancassurance / Banking domain
Expertise in:
Functional Testing
Regression Testing
Test Case Design & Execution
Defect Management
Hands-on experience with:
JIRA
Zephyr
Ability to understand BRDs, User Stories, and Business Requirements
Experience working on multiple applications/projects simultaneously

Preferred/Positive to Have Skills:

Basic to intermediate knowledge of:
Java
Selenium
Automation Testing concepts
Exposure to:
SIT/UAT testing cycles
CI/CD environments
Automation frameworks

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute test cases for multiple banking applications
Perform Functional, Regression, SIT, and UAT testing
Identify, log, track,



and retest defects using JIRA
Prepare test scenarios based on requirements and test data specifications
Maintain test artifacts in Zephyr
Understand banking workflows and propose effective test coverage
Collaborate with the automation team and gradually contribute to automation activities
Support CI/CD-related testing activities

Smart and proactive Manual Tester
Banking/Bancassurance domain experience is mandatory
Strong analytical and requirement-understanding skills
Willingness and capability to transition into Automation Testing
Knowledge of Java and Selenium is an added advantage
