About the Role

Anoop Automations is looking for a confident, well-spoken and organized candidate to handle customer communication along with day-to-day office and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally. Communicate with customers and provide basic information about products/services. Follow up with customers and maintain proper communication.

Maintain customer records and office documentation. Manage day-to-day office coordination and administrative tasks. Coordinate with customers, vendors and internal team members. Handle basic data entry and maintain spreadsheets.

Assist in preparing basic reports and maintaining office records. Support the team with routine office management activities.

Required Skills Good verbal and written communication skills. English and Hindi proficiency required. Punjabi proficiency preferred. Positive customer-handling and follow-up skills.



Good organizational and management skills. Confident and polite personality. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently.

Preferred Additional Skills

Google Sheets: Data entry, maintaining spreadsheets and basic reports.

ChatGPT: Basic use for content creation, research and office assistance.

Social Media Handling: Posting content, basic engagement and page management.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, proactive, quick to learn and comfortable communicating with customers. The candidate should be able to manage both customer communication and routine office responsibilities efficiently.
